What we collect

Account details you give us, the briefs you submit, and the run data Turbine produces while working your queues. We do not buy data, we do not sell data, and we do not train shared models on your content.

Where it lives

In your chosen region, encrypted in transit and at rest. Retention follows the policy you set — when a run expires, its artifacts expire with it. EU residency is available on Team and Scale.

Who can see it

Your workspace, on your permissions. Turbine staff access requires your ticket and is itself logged. Auditors get read-only replays, never credentials.

Your rights

Export everything, correct anything, delete on request — completed within 30 days and confirmed in writing. Questions to privacy@turbine.run; a human replies within one business day.
